Remdiation includes removing soot and smoke residue from surfaces, addressing water damage, cleaning or replacing affected materials like carpets and insulation, and deodorizing the space to eliminate lingering smoke odors.

Overview of Claim Support
It is important to have your General Contractor support the customer through the claim process. In many cases the amount of money provided for repair/replacement is too low to cover the remediation costs. Your General Constractor will create an estimate to complete the work and will negotiate with the insurance company to pay the correct amount based on the work to be performed
Claim supplementing is the process of adding to an insurance claim after it's been filed. This can happen for a number of reasons, including additional damage or an initial estimate that was too low.
Why Supplement a claim
-
The insurance company's estimate was too low
-
The adjuster missed a damaged area
-
Additional damage is found during restoration
